Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment where children can learn and grow
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum®
- Plan engaging activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Communicate regularly with families about their child’s progress
- Work collaboratively with teachers and center leadership
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Teachers may work with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool classrooms depending on experience and center needs.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience working in a childcare center or preschool preferred
- CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or degree preferred
- Must meet Florida licensing requirements for childcare staff
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for working with young children
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and actively supervise children throughout the day
- Lift up to 40 pounds
- Engage with children on the floor, playground, and classroom environment
- Maintain alertness and attentiveness to ensure child safety

The Learning Experience
At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
