Lead Preschool Teacher

What You’ll Do
As a Lead Teacher, you will guide your classroom while creating a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for children.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading daily classroom activities and learning experiences
- Implementing our engaging curriculum
- Creating a warm, nurturing classroom environment
- Communicating with parents about their child’s development
- Working collaboratively with teachers and leadership
- Ensuring a safe and organized classroom
What We’re Looking For

18 years or older
-
High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, or daycare setting preferred
- Passion for early childhood education
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, move, and actively engage with children throughout the day
- Ability to supervise children indoors and outdoors
